Takes managing people to a whole new level. New thoughts, new processes. Best course in practical application I have had. Craig Jones, Deputy Chief, NEVNS
Great filler of the “missing link” in the performance management process. Beth Wilson, HR Planner, Canada Revenue Agency
Great course! I didn’t think there could be any “new” performance management information but this was extremely useful. I will be using this PAF technique going forward. Cathy Hamon, Manager A/R, TSDM
This sheds a whole new light on providing feedback and provides an EASY to follow formula which helps to tackle a sometimes uncomfortable task. Rob Pietersen, Manager E-Business
The technique is innovative and inspired. It teaches a critical skill in a short time ... it will help me start to resolve a lot of problems. Heather Henderson, Labour Relations Advisor
This is the first feedback tool I feel good about, as I know what to do, and have a simple formula to follow. I have tried it successfully 3 times since our training Sept 20th, and am thrilled with the results. I believe this technique is vital to effective performance management, and enables one to easily prepare for potentially difficult communications, and make them positive. Joan Beyette RD, Manager of Nutrition Services, The John M Parrott Centre
This is an excellent course. It provides an effective and reliable process for analyzing all performance and then teaches simple steps to communicate [that information]. I appreciate the clarity and simplicity of the model. Simple is so effective and important. Lots of time to practice. The transferability of it is beautiful. The course is not burdened with extraneous theory but is streamlined to provide the maximum bang for the buck. The progression is smooth, the objectives clear and easily met and reinforced. ... managers ... will see an improvement in their relationships with subordinates and a reduction in performance issues. Helen Daniels, Training Advisor, Management Development Program, Canada Revenue Agency
I was able to positively discuss my concerns about the employee’s behaviors, not attitude, but in a way that she felt a change would be in her best interest. I think the most important part of the experience was that it was not very awkward for either of us and we both left the conversation positively. Now I know it will take some time for her to really start to implement the feedback but it was a really good start to the conversation. So I want to thank you for working with me and helping me sort out a way that I can provide important feedback but in a way that makes the employee feel empowered. Many thanks. Meaghan, Habitat for Humanity Northumberland
