Enable anyone tasked with the performance or development of others to successfully use informal or formal organizational processes to improve their effectiveness to fulfil this critical supervisory responsibility.
While we have been delivering and perfecting PAF training since 2004, it has been limited to a classroom setting in our local geographical area.
COVID provided the impetus to try to create an online version that rivals our classroom success.
It proved to be a challenge to duplicate. We put our first attempt online in 2022 and it has undergone several iterations (the latest in May 2024) to get it to the point where we feel confident that it can teach PAF as well as the classroom version.
