I have over 30 years experience developing and delivering a wide variety of training courses, but primarily managerial soft skills, both within corporations and as a independent instructional designer. I developed an interest in “Giving Feedback” in 1999 when I was asked to develop a course that included this topic and could not find anything that would work effectively to help managers with the kind of "tough" real-life coaching situations that I knew they were struggling with the most. The existing training approaches, while they worked fine in theory, were falling short in practice. Finding a way to overcome this problem became my passion and The PAF Technique was the result. Consequently, I have specialized in training on this subject ever since.

Education: MA Educational Technology (Instructional Design), Graduate Diploma Computer Assisted Learning, BA Psychology, Unofficial Minor in Management/HR.

I am a training and development professional with 12 years of direct management experience and over 20 years working in the corporate training and consulting environment teaching several different management topics in a wide variety of different corporate cultures and environments. I’m a “people person” who relates very well to all levels of management and I’m at my best in front of a group of participants, facilitating their learning and providing coaching. I’ve been delivering PAF Feedback Training in the classroom since 2004 and now lead the live follow-up coaching session.
