Live Follow-Up Coaching
Live, small group session led by an experienced instructor for anyone who would like to practice applying what they learned in the online PAF Feedback course to their own specific situation.
Live, small group session led by an experienced instructor for anyone who would like to practice applying what they learned in the online PAF Feedback course to their own specific situation.
Participants can learn all they need to know about The PAF Technique and be able to apply it by only taking the online course.
However, some people greatly benefit from also being able to interact with the instructor and other participants to ask questions, discuss ideas, and practice what they learned.
To support that need we offer a 4-hour follow-up supplement to the online course either online (Teams or Zoom), or in person if feasible.

Coaching Session Information
If an organization arranges to provide a follow-up coaching session then students will also complete the Coaching Module in the online course.
This module walks them through how to download and complete an assignment where they apply PAF corrective feedback for a real situation they are facing. They then bring it to the coaching session at the pre-appointed time/place.
The Session has Three Goals
Give answers. If participants have questions they can discuss and interact with a live facilitator and other participants to get clarification.
Provide practice. Using a variety of fun exercises and role-plays they will ensure that the feedback they created for their own situation is correct and ready to go - and help other participants do the same. Consequently, they will get to see PAF applied in real time for the situations that other participants have brought to the session.
Create a post-training support system. Optional exchange of contact information.
The coaching session is run by Sal Polletta, who has extensive experience teaching PAF in the classroom and coaching participants to apply it to their own situations.
